Why we built it

Work should know about itself.

OneManage started from a small, familiar frustration: the same number typed into six tools, and out of date in five of them. We’re building the place where the brief, the sheet, the deck and the plan are one piece of work — connected, live, and calm.

The idea

Most tools are good at one thing and know nothing of the others. The copy-paste between them is where the week goes, and where the mistakes come from.

OneManage puts real editors — docs, sheets, decks, boards, forms, designs, campaigns — side by side on one canvas, and lets them refer to each other live. Change the source once, and every place that shows it follows.

Who it’s for

Founders and the teams around them: someone running adverts, invoices and a launch at once; a team shipping a project together.

OneManage asks which you are when you start, and arranges itself — the tools up front, the templates and the first view — around that answer. Everything else stays one click away.

What we hold to.

  1. 1

    Connections over more features

The value is in what links: a deck that reads the brief, a plan that reads the budget. We’d rather make links visible and trustworthy than add another button.

  2. 2

    Nothing changes without you

OneAI reads everything and proposes changes as cards. You apply them, or don’t. Draft is the default, and you decide how far it may go.

  3. 3

    Plain words

No jargon reaches you. Engage tells a founder an advert was “shown 1,240 times” — never about impressions, objectives or ad sets.

  4. 4

    Your work is yours

You own what you make. You can export it whenever you like, and we don’t sell or share your data with advertisers.

  5. 5

    Calm by default

One quiet line when something changed while you were away. One chip when something needs you. Never a wall of notifications.
