For studios, schools and coaches
A 14-day plan to fill your next class.
Two weeks, about fifteen minutes a day: give Engage your prices and times, set the most it may spend, approve its plan, and answer only what it hands you — while the sign-ups list fills. The setup is filmed in OneManage itself, for a demo company’s Saturday brewing class.

1Day 1
Tell Engage about your business
Answer “Tell Engage about your business”: two minutes of questions that put an About page, a brand voice, a price list and your logo on the canvas.
Put each class’s times and price in the price list — WhatsApp answers come from here.
An example price-list line Saturday brewing class · 10:00, 13:00 or 16:00 · $45 a person · 12 places

2Day 1
Make the sign-up form
Add a Form card and start from “Workshop sign-up with seats”: a name, an email and which session — and a full session can’t be picked. Name the sessions, set the seats, and choose Publish.
Share gives you its link. The answers have a list of their own, on the canvas beside the form.
-
3Day 2
Say what you want more of
In Engage, choose Bookings. Under “How much a month?”, set your limit — $300, say. Under “Where are your customers?”, your area: within 10 km of the studio. Under “Where should the advert send people?”, paste the form’s link. Under “When?”, choose “Until I stop it”.
-
4Day 2
Approve the plan
Choose “Show me the plan”, read it, and under “What you are approving” choose “Yes, start”.
-
5Days 3–13
Answer what’s handed to you
Questions answered from your price list need nothing from you. A discount request, or anything Engage can’t be sure of, waits in Enquiries, handed to you.
Each sign-up arrives as a row in the form’s list.
Every couple of days, read “What Engage did” — where it moved money, and why.
-
6Day 14
Keep going, or stop
Class full? One button stops every advert and every automatic reply. Places left? Leave it running — it never spends past your monthly limit.
