For founders who report to investors
A monthly investor update that keeps its own numbers.
Set it up once. After that, each month is: change the numbers, write three short paragraphs, polish, and send the call code. Each step below is filmed in OneManage itself, with a demo company.
- Takes
- An hour to set up; less each month after
- You’ll need
- This month’s numbers
- Uses
- Sheet, Doc, Slide, OneAI, Calls
- A Sheet with the month’s numbers — typed once
- Slides that show those numbers, live
- A story doc the deck reads from
- A call investors join with a code
-
1Once
Start from “Pitch to investors”
The story doc, a deck built from it and the fundraising checklist arrive linked.
-
2Once
Make a Sheet for the numbers
One row per number you report, one column per month. Let the sheet work out what follows from the rest — runway is the cash divided by what you burn each month.
Rows you might keep Revenue · Spend · Cash in the bank · Runway (months) · New customers
-
3Once
Put the numbers on the slides
Select the totals, choose “Promote to…”, then click the slide to place them. The slide shows them live, with a chip that says where they come from.
-
4Each month
Change the numbers, write the story
Update the Sheet — the slides follow on their own. In the story doc, write three short paragraphs.
Three headings that keep it short What went well · What didn’t · Where you can help
-
5Each month
Polish it, then present it
Ask the Slide specialist to polish every slide; its edits arrive as cards you apply.
Start a call in the project and share the code. Investors knock, you let them in, and a summary lands when the call ends.
