Business
Every client, supplier and deadline. One list of what needs you.
Keep the people you work with and what they owe you, the deadlines you keep and who is responsible, the papers you’re waiting for — and one list of what needs you, emailed every Monday.
Filmed in OneManage
Know what’s due. And who owes you what.
A month of it, start to finish, filmed in the app with Tidewell — a demo company — and its accountant.

1
Your deadlines, and who is responsible
Add the dates you keep — a sales tax return every quarter, say — with whoever it’s with and who is responsible. The next dates appear as you fill it in, and each one reminds that person ahead of time.
-
2
Ask for exactly what you need
A request lists each paper on its own line, with the date you need it by, and goes out as a link with a short note.
-
3
They answer by link — no account
Your accountant opens the link, sees your note and each paper you asked for, and uploads against each line. Nothing to sign up for.
-
4
OneAI drafts the chase — you send it
The request counts what came in: “2 of 3 provided”. OneAI drafts the reminder from the request’s own facts, and nothing goes until you choose Apply.
-
5
Check what came in
Accept each paper, or send it back with a note they’ll see.
-
6
File it, keep the proof
Mark the date filed with its reference, and keep the acknowledgement beside it.
