The fine print
Terms of Service
Welcome to OneManage. By using the service, you agree to these terms. This is an early beta — terms will firm up before general availability.
Who can use OneManage
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use OneManage. We ask for your date of birth when an account is created, and keep only that you answered, not the date. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete what it holds.
Your account
You must give us an accurate email, and keep that inbox — and any Google or GitHub account you sign in with — secure: OneManage has no passwords, so they are how you get in. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or our acceptable-use policy.
Your content
You own what you create on OneManage. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service. We don't claim ownership of your work.
Copyright complaints
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws. If you believe something on OneManage infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a written notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the material you say infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it — a link is best;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
Our designated agent: Copyright Agent, OneManage — legal@onemanage.io.
When we remove or disable material because of a notice, we tell the person who posted it. They may send our agent a counter-notice with their signature; the material that was removed and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that they believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and their name, address and telephone number, with their consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for their address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which OneManage may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. Unless that person tells us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
Beta status
OneManage is in beta. Features may change, behaviour may shift, and brief outages may happen. We aim to communicate material changes in advance.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months (currently $0 during free beta).
