Live references

Change a number once. Every deck and doc that shows it updates.

Show a sheet’s total on a slide, or a doc’s section in a deck, as a live view. Edit either side and the other follows; if a link ever breaks, the card says so.

Filmed in OneManage

Place it once. It keeps up by itself.

Three live links, made and changed in the app by Tidewell — a demo cold-brew company.

  1. 1

Promote a number to a slide

Select a total in a sheet, choose “Promote to…”, and pick a slide — or a new one. The deck shows it live, with a chip that says where it comes from.

  2. 2

    Change it once

Change the number in the sheet. The deck — open in someone else’s window, even — shows the new total by itself.

  3. 3

    Words, too

Promote a line from a brief to a poster. Change the price in the brief, and the poster follows.

The problem: one number, kept in six places

Your Q3 budget lives in a spreadsheet, a plan, a deck, a task list, an email and a chat. Someone updates the spreadsheet, and the other five are now wrong — nobody knows which. Copy, paste, check, chase, repeat. In OneManage the same work sits on one canvas, joined by live links: write it once, and it is true everywhere.

Linked, not pasted

Your deck reads your doc.

Show a doc’s section on a slide, or a sheet’s numbers in a deck. They stay in step — edit either side and the other follows. If a link ever breaks, the card tells you.

A demo: a paragraph from the launch brief is shown on a slide. Jonas edits “3 cities” to “5 cities” in the doc and the slide follows; Maya retitles the slide and the doc follows.

Where it does the work

Type it once. Show it everywhere.

OneManage is in early access. Tell us about your work and we’ll set you up.
